Returns & Refunds
We give you a FULL 90 DAYS from the day you receive your items to apply for a refund or exchange. If 90 days or more have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We only accept return on products which were shipped out by us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases (If applicable)

Any purchase(s) made or order(s) placed on this website CAN NOT be canceled by any means. If you would like a full refund of the original purchase price minus shipping fees ,you must ship the item back within 90 days upon receiving it, in its original condition with all tags & paper work attached. (Must include tracking number with return shipment to assure delivery, we include return shipping label) By using our services or by making any purchase(s) on this website you automatically agree to be bound by these terms & conditions stated here.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Usually within 30 days)
Please note: Our meaning and use of the term "Full Refund" is strictly for purchase price of the product. Shipping fees are not refundable by any means.
How to apply for a refund or exchange:
Send us an email at CustomerCare@fromneedy.com. Please include [Order # - Refund/Exchange] in the subject line. In the description, let us know the reason for the refund or exchange. If you ordered multiple products, please specify which one. If your request gets approved, we will send you our return address and a free printable return shipping label for your item(s). After your item(s) have been received, inspected and approved by us, we will then go ahead and proceed with a refund or exchange for your order.
Bank disputes and forced refunds:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. By purchasing any product(s) listed on our site, you understand that any disputes or forced refunds made with your bank against us (Needy) will be rejected and sent back to your bank labeled as fraudulent and/or theft. If you do not agree with any of the terms & conditions (Terms of service) stated here, you may not use our website, engage in our services or purchase any product(s) from us by any means.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-7 business days) before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
