How do you ship packages? 

Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages from our vendors warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket, China post or EMS - E depending on the weight and size of the product. 

Please Notice: On average products shipping from China can take between 10-45 business days for delivery (depending on your location). In some cases, products shipping from China may take up to 180 days or more for delivery (No tracking information available for any product(s) shipping from China). If you have not received your order within 180 days from the date of your purchase, you may contact us so we can help resolve the issue. In addition, all sales are final for any product(s) shipping from china due to issues with additional fees and vendor reliability on shipping times. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, We provide free shipping to over 231 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees by any means. By purchasing any of our product(s), you automatically agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. You are 100% responsible to pay for any custom fees when the product(s) arrive in your country.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
